Born on 9/12/21, LSK Chestnut sired 80% females with a 100% pregnancy rate in the cows he was put with. He has no issues with movement or temperament being gentle and easy to work with. His calves are well stamped with his beautiful top line and correct feet and leg structure. Many of them carry his frosting as a little icing on the cake! Chestnut is a great choice for a herd looking for an all-around sire that can cover both heifers and cows. We never had to assist a Chestnut calf delivery. His calves’ average birth weight is 64.5 lbs, and they were consistently vigorous at birth.

We are moving on from him due to the large number of female progeny we have to select from and our lack of need of an additional cleanup bull.
